HOW WE WORKS: 1. SITE VISIT & REQUIREMENT We visit the site and understand your requirements, budget, lifestyle, and expectations. 2. PLAN & VASTU We prepare a customized house plan based on your requirements, site conditions, and Vastu principles. 3. 3D ELEVATION Once you are satisfied with the plan, we create a 3D elevation so you can visualize your dream home before construction begins. 4. PERMIT APPROVAL We take care of the necessary documentation and process for obtaining the required building permit approvals. 5. AGREEMENT & CONSTRUCTION After finalizing the design and signing the agreement, we begin the construction work. Our standard project duration is 12 months. 6. STAGE-WISE PAYMENT Payments are made according to the agreed stages of construction and work progress, providing transparency throughout the project.
